I had a great experience here. My appointment was 10 AM and they took me in right away. Dr. Park was very patient with my daughter and understood that she is only three years old so it is expected that she screams and wiggles. Very easy to talk to and open to questions. Only thing I can say was the facility was pretty chilly and I could not bare the screams of the other children during the visit. Also they didn’t inform me that after Fluoride she cannot eat or drink for 30 min (which I already knew) but for people whom aren’t familiar with dental visits that is important. Front desk was nice and office was decent.

This was the only dentist that took my daughters insurance (Child Health Plus), so I had to come here, 45 minutes away from me. I got all the way here and they told me her insurance was inactive. Being a holiday I couldn’t get in touch with the insurance company, so I had to leave. The next day I called the insurance company, and there was nothing wrong with the insurance, so it was the dental office’s mistake. I wasted 2hrs and gas for nothing. I will never go here again.
