ERIVER NEUROLOGY OF NEW YORK

This place is a joke! They call themselves a Neurology clinic but the Neurologists only work one day a week here! They do not respond to messages left in anything resembling a timely manner. The girl who takes the calls in the office is named Joyce and she is a nasty piece of work who should NOT be anywhere near patients and should be required to take extensive customer service classes. The office manager, Madeline, is a simpy little woman who does nothing but call you back after the office is already closed and defends her staffs’ awful attitudes. She also has very little control over anything over there and when things go wrong she either doesn’t want to or can’t do anything to compensate for it, other than Treat you like a child and act as if it never happened. Dr Safarov has zero empathy or sympathy or really any type of emotion at all when he’s interacting with you in the exam room and again he’s ONLY there once a week! I wish I had those hours! This is a joke of a neurologist office and Health Quest should be embarrassed by it! I have moved my husband’s Epileptic care to Kingston Hospital where there are many specialists available at all times and are willing to listen to you and treat you with respect and give you the care that you need and deserve. I will be actively telling everyone of my patients who come through the ER to NOT go to this office. I will be telling EVERY Dr I work with to my husband’s experience at this place so they can urge pts to go through another neurology office AND I will also be telling friends and family to not use any of the Dr’s that practice through this office. THAT IS HOW TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THIS OFFICE IS!

Terrible service. Doctor didn’t even show up to work for my ekg. Almost lost my job because she made me so late. I don’t want to return to this practice. However the doctor in phishkill was nicer.

Dr. Salib in the Fishkill office *Completely* *Wasted* my time, energy, & money. Everything I said to her went in one ear & out the other. She couldn’t take 5 minutes to Google my condition, b/​c she couldn’t care less. Then she continued to waste my time & money with inappropriate tests. I will need to start the whole process over again somewhere else, with a neurologist who will actually be willing to help me. I am out about $ 300 in co-​pays, & I still have excruciating nerve pain, vertigo, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing, etc. Thanks for NOTHING, Dr. Salib.

UPDATE:
eRiver ended up calling in a 5 day prescription to my pharmacy to hold me over until they could mail me another prescription. I had to pay $ 30 for this prescription with my insurance. When I got my full prescription filled this week, I had to pay another $ 30. So, because of their incompetence, I had to pay double what I should have.
Also, I finally got the original prescription they mailed me the other day. It was postmarked 6 days after I asked them to send it (asked them to send it on Day 3, it was sent on Day 9). I’m really upset with these people.
