I called in order to set up an appointment and the woman was very opinionated in a way which made me uncomfortable. It was almost like I was supposed to feel bad about using anything other than «Havana» hair. She then went on to say that her location was for the «professional» not knowing that I am a seasoned professional who would be willing to spend a bit extra if she had phrased her presentation properly. I will never go to this salon.
