I had pretty good luck with this place. Usually I have terrible experiences trying to get glasses. The optometrist in the back was great. He was familiar with my rare disorder, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, & how it affects the eyes. It’s unusual to find a doctor who has a clue about Ehlers-Danlos. Everyone up front was great too. They were all very friendly & helpful, which is saying a lot these days! The only advice I would have for them is that the eyeglass section needs a sign-in book. I went in there to get my new frames adjusted, & had a bit of a problem with another customer. I was waiting in line before them, but they insisted on cutting in front of me. This unpleasantness could have been avoided with a sign-in log.

Stay far away unless you like being mistreated and having to beg their employees to sell you a pair of glasses. I have been buying glasses at this store for three years and they must have a new manager because I had an absolutely a terrible experience trying to buy a pair of sunglasses today. The employee was stubborn, condescending, unhelpful, and ultimately I had to leave empty handed.
