Worst experience I have ever had in a hospital. Worst nursing care I have ever received.

At one time this place was the place to come in an emergency. Vasser was going through some changes and was a mess. Now that this hospital is going through changes it is horrible. Don’t come here go to Vasser. The ER is slow with staff that act like they hate their job and don’t want to deal with you. I am fully aware that being a nurse is hard but. I have been here 4 times in the last 2 months and the same nurses and techs took care of my family. I wanted to walk out. So next time we will be going to Vasser. I feel bad because they saved my hubbies life 3 years ago. I am hoping that once they finish with their internal problems that they will be back to the hospital I use to know and love. Till then I will not trust them with my family.

The outpatient mental health clinic is handing out patients’ full social security numbers to them, on the appointment print-​outs. This is a security risk to the patients. Many of us would not think to notice this on the paper. When I complained about it, I was told it’s the Medicare #, and that I could refuse the print-​out. This is not a solution. In this day of identity theft, this hospital is jeopardizing its patients’ privacy. This needs to be corrected for all patients, not just the ones who notice it.
