I’m from out of state and was in town for business, I had drove past this place thinking nothing of it. Randomly at dinner one night, I had met some people that worked there who seemed genuinely nice, so I figured I’d stop in and give the place a chance. This place was such a great time! Full of good people along great home town atmosphere. I ended up there every night for the rest of my trip. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and judge a book by its cover.

This is a dive bar in every way. Mixed drinks aren’t always good. Atmosphere is dark and dingy. I still go here a lot because it isn’t usually crowded so it is a decent place to meet friends for beers. They have pool tables and a dart board and thats all I need.

This is a fun dive bar to have a cold one at and chat it up with some friendly locals. The staff and the customers here at the bar are always friendly and good converstaion. Some «cheap» beers on tap as I like to enjoy at my dive hang-​outs but they don’t get much action at the tap so they can be flat. Go for the imports, its worth the extra cost. I think the only thing I would change is fresher domestic draft availability. They have your average fare in terms of bar food, nothing special. There’s a pool table, a Big Buck Hunter, jukebox, and dart board, plenty of parking for oversized manly vehicles. 4 stars for a good Dive Bar atmosphere. –1 star for flat domestic beers on tap.

If you’re looking for a basic Irish bar with cheap drinks and a friendly atmosphere, Mulligan’s is a great place to go.
They have a billiards league, darts, video games and more.
The décor is a little outdated, but the types of people you find at Mahoney’s don’t give a crap about that. They’re there to drink and have fun!
Appetizer-​type snacks are available around the clock. The cheese poppers are my favorite so far!
