A few months after having this very unremarkable experience with NYAVD, I began to receive emails from the owner, stating that the guy who was handling our inquiry was no longer working with him. He also stated that he was sorry for the treatment we received. Even though it was months after we originally had them over, I accepted the apology and moved on.
However, the owner has now reopened this debacle out of the blue. First he messages me to say that I have them mixed up with another company and asks if I can I take down my review because Unilocal wont (btw, thanks for not listening to this ninny’s lies, Unilocal). Then, he writes himself a few 5 star reviews which, oddly, attack me. What the hell? Nice business decorum you have there buddy. Finally, in the owners response to my review (now deleted), he brazenly blames another innocent company for their crappy performance. They even threw that innocent companies name and contact info despite them having absolutely nothing to do with any of this. What f’ing nerve!
In the end, not only did they fail to come thru in terms of our job, but they proved to be extremely untrustworthy after the fact. I didn’t recommend this company before, and I certainly don’t now.
Beware of working with NYAVD.
