During a visit to the Poughkeepsie Mall we stopped in this store for a pair of inexpensive shoes for my kids. For a payless store I have to say we were very impressed with the customer service experience. We must have had just about every single employee asking us if we needed assistance which seems uncommon these days.
I’m particular about my five star ratings but this location got close to a five star simply for the outstanding customer service we received, however after all it is payless so I didn’t expect much but got more than I bargained for.
