Raymour and Flanigan Furniture Clearance Center

My wife and I were in need of a new reclining love seat. We stopped here to take a look around. As we walked in the front door we were instantly greeted by a salesman by the name of Allen Cohen. We were both thinking oh boy here we go this guy is going to hound us until we buy something. But we were surprised he just let us know he was there to help us if we had any questions and let us browse the whole store without bothering us. When we found a love seat we were interested in we went to the reception counter in the back and asked for Allen to help us. They called him on the intercom and he came right away to answer all our questions without pressure to buy anything. We left to see what we could find in other nearby furniture stores only to return here and buy the love seat we fell in love with. We also got a 10 percent discount as it was a special V.I.P. Sale day. I saved 95.00 on delivery by picking it up the next day my self. I opted out of the 5 year protection insurance as it did not cover damage from pets. I would definitely buy from them again.

We went to both the regular furniture show room and the clearance show room across the street in Poughkeepsie (756 Vassar Road, Poughkeepsie NY 12 603). We bought three leather couches in the clearance show room and we are very, very satisfied with them. We were given very good service in the clearance show room. We had many questions and they were all answered patiently and thoroughly.
In the regular show room we were helped by a salesman named Michel. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He also had great taste. He helped us find four beautiful wood and leather counter chairs at a good price. They look terrific in our new kitchen.
We had the furniture delivered. The delivery men were really good. The delivery area is rather awkward, but they made quick work of it and everything was delivered in good condition.
We were quite satisfied by Poughkeepsie Raymour and Flanigan and would certainly go back there for future purchases.

Their website was very helpful with product information, our sales person Carole Dahlia was professional and helpful, we were quickly approved for financing, and the free delivery we got the very next day was done very professionally.

After a hellish experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture we headed down here. Huge selection. Great prices. No pressure.
We found one we liked and brought it home the same day.
Just be aware that they are floor samples and returns for minor defects. Ours had some minor nicks on the wood on the bottom and needed to be steam cleaned which was no big deal because the nicks are hardly noticeable and easy to cover up and I have an upholstery steamer at home.
Nice quality sofa for $ 475 and I got to take it home that day.

This place was a life saver when we were just starting out. We got all our dressers there, each one had some sort of cosmetic defect that I could fix… potentially. We got an awesome very solid coffee table with storage inside– which has held Up for 11 years though a destructive son and a flopping daughter and my big behind sitting on it.
My first couch from them is still alive and feebly kicking after 8 years.
I bought my new couch there but have only sat on it a handful of
seems as good as everything else I’ve gotten from R&F.
The customer service has always been good. The salespeople don’t pressure. A few of them hover, but pick up on the «leave me be» cues well.
I’ve never had to return anything, and I think they have a no return policy.

Great savings, new items all the time. Furniture are returns from other customers for minor defects. Sometime it’s a minor imperfection that’s not readily noticeable. Check the furniture to make sure it doesn’t bother you. We bought many fine pieces here at a substantial savings. The quality is still Raymour and Flanigan quality. Great deal. Good sales staff.
