Recycle Depot Facility

We’ve used Recycle Depot for residential trash and recycling pickup for two years. They had the best prices of all of the places I checked with, and they take whatever I leave at the curb, even when we have tons of extra garbage that doesn’t fit in the dumpster thing. They randomly didn’t show up once or twice. Nancy is super nice. Not sure about the building materials people mentioned below… I don’t think we’re going to have enough money to build anything anytime soon…

Scheduled dumpster pickup today. Employee scraped the driveway and pulled up some lawn when loading the dumpster. He argued with the customer, even telling her that she should «go on her hands and knees» to try to clean the mess. This was the most unprofessional service we have ever received from a vendor. Their employee also took out his phone to video the conversation, where he clearly was disrespectful and downright rude. Upon calling their office, I did not get much of a better response. Their Sales Manager, Nancy, was rude and had no interest in trying to resolve the issue, other than telling me it wasn’t her problem.
If you are looking for profession, honest service– GO ELSEWHERE.

it is nothing but chopped up GARBAGE — Literally !!!
IT IS NOT as pictured on their website !! photos on the website are fake!
They delivered and dumped it in my yard — all over the fucking place — not even in a neat pile
— and it was noting but crap! ITEM4 is supposed to be a base layer for concrete or asphalt roadways and should be stone dust /​crushed stone /​bank run /​fines and screened
– what they sent me was chopped up garbage — LITERALLY ! old construction and demolition debris: ground up concrete, broken cinder blocks, busted bricks, wood chips, pieces of marble and tiles, broken glass!!!, hunks of plastics, — I apparently bought back my own garbage!
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
EVEN if its used as a underlayment for concrete or asphalt driveway — with the amount of organic garbage in it — when decaying it will produce sinkholes and soft spots in the concrete or asphalt — and this product is NOT-​COMPATABLE
Yes the website says recycled item 4 but i DID NOT expect to recieve GARBAGE !!!
the least they could have done is screen out the trash (IE: remove the glass, plastic, wood chips, and other crap!!)
