I’ve rented here with a roommate and then my wife for over 3 years now, starting in 2007, in a two-bedroom apartment. I have no complaints about the living space. The wood floors are nice. The Leasing Coordinator, Gail, is friendly, pleasant to do business with, and has helped us on several occasions when we needed to discuss leasing options. The grounds and buildings are well-kept and improvements are made continuously. For instance, they just added a free workout room with nice equipment. Snow removal is prompt. When we have required repairs to appliances or plumbing, the Super was always cooperative, timely, and helpful. There is also a pool in the complex but we haven’t used it. The lease allows cats but not dogs, which may be the reason we eventually choose another place to live. We are currently on a lease extension for 6 months, which adds to the cost of our monthly payment but gives us the option to move out with 60-days-notice. I have heard that the rent is lower in other complexes, but I can’t complain about the value.

Lived here for 5 years and no major complaints at all. I had a huge 1 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors, AC, dishwasher, deck, big bathroom with a linen closet, a walk-in in the bedroom, as well as a closet in the living room. There is even basement storage if you ask about it. Gail, the apartment complex manager, is very helpful, friendly, and attentive to any requests you may have. The maintenance men do a superb job when a big storm comes, and keep things looking nice all year round. Pretty landscaping, great pool(my only complaint is that I wished the pool hours were longer; it is also closed on Mondays). A mainly quiet complex set back from Innis Avenue. Always felt safe, secure, and loved walking the loop around the apartments. A really good value, too, for that area, I believe.
