Customer service is non-​existent at this store! You go through the usual «phone tree» and then you are left on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up. In the store itself, you will find employees standing around talking to each other and totally ignoring the customers. We have witnessed that on numerous days and different times of the day as well.
Since taking care of the customers is such a low priority for this particular store, I have chosen to spend my money for new computers, monitors and cameras elsewhere.
