Great new addition to the Poughkeepsie Waterfront. Located right on the river next to the Children’s Museum this green space offers lots of benches and access to the Walkway over the Hudson elevator.
They allow dogs on leash and even provide cleanup bags. Also smartly provide both trash AND recycling receptacles, port a potties and free wifi! Signage throughout the park gives interesting glimpses into the history of the area.
Perfect spot for a picnic, but there are no grills — just bring your own provisions!
