Confirmed. This place isn’t worth it. Horrible service leading to long lines and coffee that tastes like it’s been sitting around since last night. There’s a better place across the street. I suppose it’s either youthful ignorance or corporate ignorance that this place can disregard quality, service, and its customers.

I strongly believe that not a single person who works there actually cares about their job. They are all chatty teens who curse and yell at the other teens who work there. On several occasions I have seen absolutely no donuts or they were extremely stale. Also, a regular hot chocolate with whipped cream apparently ALWAYS translates to them as whatever flavor they want to give me. Mint, salted caramel YUCK! I had to get in the habit of opening the lid to smell it because I always got stuck with their disgusting flavored hot chocolate. The service is so poor and I’ve given up buying anything from there. I wish Panera would open up in its place.

My sister and I stopped by there yesterday and by far the food made me want to vomit! The lady (I think her name was Taylor) kept on forgetting our orders and needed help punching them in to the computer. Then she forgot half of it even though we payed. They didn’t even remember to tell me that they didn’t have coolatas until after we payed, and my hot chocolate was just hot water!

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to! Terrible customer service immature kids behind the counter that could care less about there job or the customer I would not recommend patronizing this Dunkin donuts!

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I have ever been to. It is very close to my house and is inside the gas station so I have, somehow, talked myself into multiple purchases from this place. The food you order is ALWAYS cold. Even when I asked them to make sure it’s hot, they gave me a cold sandwich. I just gave it back to them in disgust and requested a refund.
They hire unconcerned children to work who have even gotten my coffee orders wrong. Some of them have been very nice, but being nice has nothing to do with me getting a cold coffee and a hot sandwich. How does one fail to use a microwave?
Just don’t bother. I have no idea how they stay in business.
