I am generally a fan of this place. However, my recent experience was one which may keep me from returning. After stopping by hours earlier to make a reservation, the barber refused to cut my hair because he «couldn’t see» as the the power had gone out. I would generally empathize except for the fact that the shop is filled with sunlight and he was currently cutting someone else’s hair!

Gina did an amazing job and would highly recommend it to anyone. They are very friendly and very good at what they do. For the price your not gonna find a better barbershop around and knowing that your gonna walk out looking great every time is very comforting!
So highly recommend calling ahead for an appoint

Great cut, personal service and a classic, barbershop experience. Can’t beat a straight razor finish and a hot towel. I’ve become a regular.
Getting busier, but they do take appointments, so just call.

My husband has been looking for a barber that can do more than variations of the standard «high and tight» military cut that is what barbers in the Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo area specialize in. After finding this entry in Unilocal,he decided to give Bayside Barber Shop a try today. He was very impressed, as was I. The barber, Gene, provided the haircut he had been looking for since we moved here, a nice, clean «business» type cut. Will definitely be returning.

More of an old school barber. This is not one of those assembly line type of businesses. One guy runs the show and he really takes his time to make sure every part of your head is perfectly clipped/trimmed/shaved etc. He does facial hair as well for you truly manly, mustachioed hombres.
When I go there is sometimes someone in the chair, but more often than not I can hop right in the chair as soon as I walk in.
Nothing beats a good, hot neck shave with a straight razor at the end of a haircut.
