Bebe Nails

Came here with two others as a spur of the moment walk-​in. They were nice to us but the staff is slow and at time inattentive. Very laid back, casual kind of vibe at best — neglectful and distracted vibe at worst.
Customer service aside, they did a great job on our nails.
The store is small and a little run down.

We didn’t have an appointment, but we weren’t getting anything tedious done. two nail paintings, one with a design.
My daughter wanted stars painted on. When I told the tech she passed me a basket of nail stickers that you can buy at rite aid. We looked through them while waiting and weren’t impressed. The tech was working on an obvious regular and I saw she was hand painting designs on her, so I asked if my daughter could have a hand painted design and she was clearly annoyed.
Once we sat down I started explaining what I wanted and the tech started text messaging, she continued for about 5 minutes… umm ok. Overall rushed and meh paint job. Won’t return.

I had my nails done here a couple weeks ago. After having them done at the store in walmart (which I had always had no problems with until now), they had done a terrible job so I wanted to get them fixed.
My mom and I went here and they did a GREAT job. It was such a relief to have my nails look like I wanted. They were shaped well, not too thick, and she was patient with my multiple questions about what she was doing (only because of my previous experience the week before).
The only thing that bothered me was that she stopped in the middle of doing my nails to check her phone for a message or a game or something. I can understand if she has kids and needs to be available in case of emergency– but for a text? That really annoyed me. I didn’t really want to wait for her to get done looking at her phone– I wanted my nails done so I could go.
Aside from that, she did a great job on my nails. I was really happy with them when I left. I need to go back now for another fill, so we’ll see how it goes. :)

NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!

How do I not write a book here? Allow me to summarize with bullets:
*I was told I was wrong when I said I wanted my acrylics taken off and redone. They said I just needed a fill, even though I could see light through the french tips already and knew I would be out of town for 2 weeks. I later learned the employees both wanted to close up shop early.
*I was asked to allow my appointment to be interrupted (after they already started) for someone they knew who came in on their lunch break.
*I was called to a salon table with another woman who just walked in so the technician could work on both of our hands alternately.
*The tech continued to respond to repeated texts on her phone, conversations with the other employee in another language and the other two customers about what THEY wanted done when she finished working on my hands.
*Although one of the employees told me they «don’t do» nail art, the lunch break customer discussed in great detail and over my head the fireworks paint job she wanted done on her nails while the employee was working on my nails.
*I finally told them I was done with the nonsense and was leaving, and yet I was charged $ 20 for UNFINISHED acrylics!
I highly recommend Longworth Studio in downtown Poulsbo, because I ended up going there later in the day and Kerry totally fixed my hands so they would keep looking good during a 2-​week trip. She was professional, entrepreneurial and, let me tell you; it was a breath of fresh air to experience that as well as someone who could communicate with me clearly in MY language and treat me like it mattered to her that I was there!

low rate nail shop. bad job on my nails, bad customer service, and the shop is small and feels dirty and cluttered. For the price, I expected a much better job.

This is THE place for the perfect set of nails. If you are a permanent wearer of acrylic nails as I am, you look for a place that is fast, cheap, and very good. I’ve got to shell out for fills every other week and the «spa» experience gets old, time consuming, and expensive.
Owner Ly Truc is very friendly, her place welcomes kids, and is casual come as you are. This is the place where a lot of Poulsbo city business gets done too. Ly is a genius at shaping nails, the best in Western Washington, and she can get you out the door in way under an hour (including dry time) if necessary.
Smart gals carve out a standing appointment. When Ly has time she can do the most amazing acrylic art nails and paint designs. When she brings in help for the busy season, you can be confident that they are competent (those of us in good standing always get Ly).
