This place is way better than its neighboring Paella Bar. The staff were friendly and attentive. The meatballs were my favorite part, and normally I’m disappointed with meatballs. The focaccia is also great with roasted garlic, sage, olives, and Rosemary on top. We got the chicken lasagna and the special mushroom pasta. I would definitely go back!

This place is top notch! Service was exceptional, dishes were filling and presented as classy as the taste. A must-go-to restaurant. My fiancé and I both had specials(i had the Osso bucco and she had the lamb shank) and both fell right off of the bone. Usually you will receive a main course done to perfection with some celery or steamed broccoli thrown on the side. Yet, no detail was left out of any side that came with the meal which were cooked as if they were a main course. I will definitely be coming back here with friends and family to show them what I believe to be the best dinner in Poulsbo and possibly Kitsap county. Thank you Burrata!

Had dinner there. thought we were early.6ish…but foUnd the place jumping. Our very pleasant waiter took our wine order and explained the specials. After ordering, it took a very long time for our meal to arrive. When it did, the chicken my husband ordered was chicken and spinach lasagna was tasty in the middle but burned beyond edible all around the edges. I pointed this out politely to the waiter and asked that he show someone who should care. the waiter offered me something else to eat but I declined since my spouse was finished. Our check arrived with a «complimentary“taste of port. The noise level is high there. if that matters to you. We won’t hurry back.

My wife and I just had dinner here for a Friday«Date» night. The interior is nice, but the seating is so crowded that it’s easier to hear your neighbor’s conversation than your date’s. And it’s incredibly loud. We started with the focaccia, which was served cold, which was slightly unexpected. It was otherwise not bad, but my partner found it on the verge of under-cooked. I ordered the Cannelloni, which was alright; the sauce was heavy and had lots of floating grease which was a bit off putting. My partner ordered the manicotti, which she found dull and flavorless. Service was ok, although with the noise it was difficult to understand our waiter. Unlikely to return.

Fantastic. Awesome. Delicious. Go now. Appetizer to dessert, all dishes were exceptional. Cocktails were great too. Best Italian that I’ve had on this side of the pond.

Crowded seating, waiter actually had to move table for me to get in and out of seating area. Food just OK, unusual take on Italian. Ordered the lasagna, which seemed to be «fried» in a pan?

We’ve eaten here several times — last time was yesterday. It’s a little pricey but the place is always packed which should tell you a lot in a small town. Interesting menu with great specials(was impressed last night with our server-Chad-who reeled off the specials with lots of details about the food. How did he remember all that?) Anyway it was a special dinner with our family for a milestone birthday which the server took into account and commented on at points making recommendations for drinks/dishes. Really nice. Food has always been excellent in my experience. We tried the calamari for the first time and I echo another reviewer that it was excellent. My husband had the ciopinno which was great. Another family member had the pork piccata which was also excellent. Portions are generous. We plan to share and still took food home. My only negative is that it is in an old building with poor sound dampening, so my husband had a hard time hearing what the server was saying. Otherwise highly recommend.

I was absolutely impressed with the king salmon fillet. A perfectly seasoned and well-prepared piece of fish with fresh, flavorful vegetables. Husband enjoyed his pasta and meatballs although he expected a larger portion. We shared the tiramisu and it was quite perfect. I shall return.

We’ve been several times. The staff is always lovely and helpful. No complaints about the wine and cocktails, either. But, the food has been uneven for us — some just OK, some very good, but nothing outstanding, or that made us have to go back. Come to think of it, we haven’t been back for months. It’s a small place and does get crowded on weekends, so there can be quite a wait.

I work about half a block away from Burrata. My co– workers and I all love this place & have used them for holiday parties, going away parties, to order lunch, etc. They have a delicious menu & a sweet Happy Hour. In addition to that, they have a wonderful staff!

This is a review of a dinner I had on 10÷03÷205: We went to Burrata Bistro on a Saturday evening to celebrate a belated birthday for my husband. His whole family met us, so we had a large group of 10 people. We made reservations and they accommodated us nicely for a large-ish group, the server was very attentive and patient. I was so pleased with all the fresh home made pasta options on the menu. The best surprise ever though was one of their specials that evening was Chanterelle Pappardelle with a lovely creamy white wine sauce. Chanterelle mushrooms are my favorite food, and the meal was absolutely heavenly. I took a chance and ordered the Blood Orange Margarita, I enjoyed the tangy-ness it offered, and would order it again.

WOW! Burrata Bistro is nice! Easily the most romantic restaurant/bar on the Pouslbo strip. I took my wife here for her birthday. I started with a Manhattan, which the waiter said was the house special, it was excellent. My wife had the Blood Orange Martini, also excellent. Both drinks are rather strong, so you get your money worth. had the salmon special and it was well… The very best salmon that I have ever had in my entire life. I recommend it 100%. We finished the meal off with some amazing tiramisu, very good but if you don’t like coffee flavor, I suggest something else. Bottom line, go here. Order the salmon special. Ask for Miguel to be your waiter.

This restaurant deserves all the five star reviews. They make just about everything by hand and it shows, or rather tastes. Each dish communicates the kind of love and care that’s rare to find these days, and it is even more surprising to find such love in the midst of sleepy Poulsbo. Now every time we come out here we will be sure to stop by for dinner.

Nice wine list, tasty food. We got lucky & got a table on Christmas Eve. Our group had the roasted half chicken, Oso bucco, beet salad, oysters & pork ricotta meatballs. All were excellent.

I came back on a recent visit and had an even better experience. The cocktail, a cask aged perfect Manhattan was wonderful as were the penne putenesca and osso bucco. The service was perfect as well. Ashley couldn’t have been any nicer or efficient as our server.

There once was a time where pasta was homemade, the sauce was expertly tuned, and the people giving it to you were more than experts at serving. Sadly, this time of incredible dining is over. It’s so hard to find a place where the service is 10 Out of 10, where the food is 10 out of ten, and the ambiance is 10 out of ten. But then you pull into Poulsbo, and here it is. The gem of a restaurant. After spending less than a week dining around the Seattle area, I’ve made the conclusion that this place, is ultimately the best. If fine dining was an art form, this restaurant would be masters at their work. But let’s break it down in how the meal played out… We sat down at the corner booth, the server(Miguel) brought us water and asked us how we were doing. We took a look over the menu. What seemed a little overpriced turned out to be well worth the money spent. We ordered an appetizer of calamari to get us started, it was not fried, or grilled but in a tomato sauce with herbs and spices. It was better than any calamari I’ve had. He took it away and got us squared away with new silverware and plates. All my questions about the menu were answered by Miguel. I ordered the shrimp scampi, let me start by saying that the noodles are home made. The sauce had the perfect blend of spice and sweet, the shrimp was boiled to perfection. After our wonderful entrée i ordered a tiramisu, witch was a little on the pricey side but it was so wonderfully good. We thanked Miguel and he brought our bill, we thanked him for his wonderful service and walked on out. In conclusion, this place made my books for best Italian restaurant ever. I hope it will make yours too.

OUTSTANDING!!! There was 6 in our party and we each tried each others meals, all enjoying each others foods, on top of tree different desserts, and a desert wine. You get a portion you would think is too small, but after eating you get full quick! Server had outstanding service and was constantly clearing our table, and filling our waters, wines and pops.
