This is the worst customer service we have ever had! The barista was chatting with her friends while my husband sat at the window for 10 minutes. she never acknowledged us. if the manager wants to have a chat she was working Sunday at 10:30. I really loved the coffee here and am sad to not want to return.

My wife an I each ordered ice white chocolate mochas. They were basically a cup of milk with a barely noticeable hint of coffee flavor.
The issue was the way they were made. Most baristas fill the cup with ice first, then add the liquid ingredients. Instead, they filled the cup almost all the way with milk, added the shot then dropped in a couple ice cubes. This caused two problems. First the flavor as I already mentioned. Second, there was so little ice, the drink was oddly lukewarm until it was almost gone.
We’ll be trying a different shop the next time we visit.
