I have found their customer service to be only average. Expect to wait for help. Their prices for a full set of glasses are ridiculously high. No way should a pair of glasses with progressive lenses cost $ 650. They also seem obsessed with putting people into progressive lenses, which is an expensive option when you tell them you only wear glasses to drive. Buyer beware; I advise getting a written estimate and shopping around. Educate yourself.

They have a big selection of frames by fashionable brands and they are really reasonably priced! the customer service is awesome, and your glasses come in quickly. this was the best experience I’ve every had at an eye glasses store! it can be hard to find really nice glasses in a small town, so look no further!
