I rented a truck from this business. Reserved weeks ahead of time confirmed several times and than that truck not available. Why have reservations if they mean nothing. Business seemed to think they were doing me a favor. I would never deal with them again.

They won’t stop charging my credit card! I am updating my review to advise people NOT to use this facility.
I rented a large storage unit at ProGuard from June 2013 to May 2014. They raised the rent twice in that period. After I closed my account they continued to take money from my credit card. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and Proguard, they credited the money back to me. I thought it was over, but just noticed that they have taken money from my credit card account again! I expect they will make it right, but I would urge you not to have anything to do with this incompetent outfit.

I haven’t used the storage facility, but I had to return my rental truck here. The customer service was excellent — they even went out of their way to arrange a free ride back to my house, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.

This place is really nice and BIG! The staff is sooo wonderful, especially the lady I forget her name? Maybe starts with an A, but she was so so awesome and helpful! The rates are very reasonable and the units are nice as well :)
