I had been searching for a good doctor for a few months now for my dads hearing loss problem from one ear. He started with this issue ten yrs ago and previous doctors have told him his ear is a complete loss and their was nothing to do. I found advanced hearing solutions. Lisa the receptionist made me feel so comfortable the minute i called. She made an appointment asap got my dad in with Dr. Jodi W. She was so welcoming took the time to listen to my dads problem did a hearing test and discovered that my dads ear wasn’t a complete loss. She is still working on my dad. But so far she has been excellent. I wouldn’t trade it at all.
