Horrible Service. Whoever was working at the front was not even paying attention to the customers in line at the front. A big waste of my time. Go to O’reilly’s across the street instead. Way better service and very helpful.

Really good service from this store. The guy helped me replace a headlamp and windshield wipers. The service was great and friendly. I would give 5 stars but the girl on the phone was confusing. Ill definitely return. They also gave my husband great service replacing a headlamp.

After the most recent rainstorm I realized my wiper blades were woefully in need of a change. I found the aisle where they all were and looked up the sizes for my respective cars. An employee promptly offered his assistance too. Prices were comparable to other places so I was happy to buy it there. The store itself is kinda cramped but it’s not too big of a deal.

Very good location, which is why I come here. The staff is why I gave them a 3 star because they are not very«nice» — customer service isn’t their strong skill set. I find myself buying multiple types of items because they are not specific. ie: oil filter removal caps are sized A-D but do not give their flutes or diameter so you’re playing a guessing game. When I brought the other items back that didn’t work, the parts manager glared at me even though I’ve spent a ton of money in their shop. In addition, he had the same oil spotted shirt on several days in a row. No small oil spots but huge spots. After my return, I asked to recycle oil and he said«tanks full». No hesitation. I went one shopping complex over to a competitor and they had theirs emptied days ago… I find it hard to believe they are less than 500 yards away and they’re on different emptying schedules… Positive: *Store is well lit and very well organized
