This is for boost all together. They have the worst service I have ever come across. My phn has been nothing but a headache for over a year now. It freezes, restarts on its own, and now when plugged in to charge it will stop charging after awhile. I have called boost and all I get is the run around time and time again. Think its time to switch to another carrier… BOOSTLEARNHOWTOTAKECAREOFYOURCUSTOMERS!!!

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Poway, CA
Today during an April Downpour, I carefully backed my vehicle into a parking spot in front of Boost Mobile of Poway, CA. I needed the trunk area to be accessible under the eves of the strip mall in order to load some items from Ming’s Upholstery shop, 2 doors down from Boost Mobile, so that they did not get damaged by the rain. When I exited my vehicle, a hispanic man about 5 feet tall approached me from the Boost Mobile store and sarcastically asked if I was ok, and noted that I had done a poor job of parking my vehicle(in fact, I re-directed my vehicle about 3 times in order to carefully back into this spot). He then complained that I was blocking his store. When I showed him that, if he closed his steel-framed glass door, there was no obstruction to the entry, he pushed the door into me. I then informed him that if he continued to push the door into me it could be regarded as battery, and then I would need to call the police. He responded(sophomorically) that I should go ahead and call the police, because he would tell them I was parked incorrectly. He egged me several times to do this, to which I responded, that he should then again push the door into me if he wished me to call the police, since then I would have a reason to call. He gave up, went into his shop and closed the door. 3 minutes later I had my pick-up from Mings(a GREAT upholstery shop, by the way) and had vacated the parking spot. This business is run by egotistical, territorial sophomoric males and should not be frequented.
