I called and he came over, looked over the job and said he would get back to me with a quote. I called him a week later and he said same thing, he would get back to me. It’s been over a month now and no follow up. I can’t attest to his work quality but he’s not very up front, wasted my time.

We had a broken water softener in our home and didn’t know how to fix it. Bill was referred by a friend and he was awesome. Resourceful, friendly, took initiative to figure out how to solve our problem, followed through, fair and on time. The fix STAYED fixed and I’d call him in a heartbeat next time we need some work done.
I should add: he knows when to refer. I appreciate someone saying, «I can’t do that» and then giving me an equally competent professional to help. He did that with an electrical issue the SECOND time we called.
