Corodata

My wife’s non-​profit employer signed up for service recently. She has been pleased with their great service and low rates from Corodata. The drivers have always been very nice and efficient.

I have been with Corodata, as a «storage» customer for my business (legal) files, for about 20 years. They have always been professional, reliable, and efficient.
The only concern I have about them is that I believe their rates are high for destruction of files. However, when I had 300 boxes of files to destroy, they were willing to work with me on the bill, and followed through on their commitments to me.
Overall, for the convenience of how they organized my files; for their reliability; and for their willingness to work with me, I am a very satisfied customer!

Horrible customer service! My buddy waited 45 minutes to drop off a motorcycle for shipping which was already paid for by a customer. Got the run around several times. Nobody wanted to help. They asked him to come back later because the guy who was suppose to check the bike in was pulling pads and apparently nobody else could inventory the bike???

We recently had a flood in the office and needed movers to come asap to assist w/​all the emergency crap that was happening all too quickly. Corovan was the only moving company that was able to get us 5 guys w/​in 2 hrs (pretty darn last-​minute fast) to come over w/​a truck and help us.
They aren’t cheap. Nope. BUT they are so fast and efficient. They have a team leader (which happened to be this strong a** brick of a woman — Anna was her name I think) that instructs the guys what to do (and dude, SHE did alot of the lifting and stuff too!!). They provide boxes (which does cost ALOT, be careful, b/​c stupid me thought they were free for some reason).
We recently hired them again to help move stuff back into the office and we got Anna again! She rocks. She even remembered where certain office furniture and certain boxes went.
They only do commercial moves so maybe that’s why they are more expensive. We recently got our invoice and they might have charged us an extra unwarranted 30 min drive time — hopefully that can be resolved. But overall, they are (at least the ACTUAL movers) are great.
