Refused to let my 4 Yr old use the restroom in an emergency. Yes we were about to be paying customers. We could actually see the open restroom thru the back door. Daughter pissed her pants before I could get her to the restaurant next door. Way to follow policy.

Smaller store, but very helpful employees. Jason is very thorough when helping me figure out appropriate games for my kids.

So good to know there’s a GameStop here in Poway because I’ve been making runs to Escondido Westfield mall or Mira Mesa for gaming craves. Not a rundown store or anything either saw a one star review on this place and I was curious how it would turn out. Bianca let me call ahead to reserve a copy of Dying Light so glad they weren’t out!
Have been here on more than one occasion and staff have always been friendly. Parking always seems to be plentiful so no troubles driving circles either.
