It is no wonder why this company gets such a bad rap. I ordered my graduation gear from them, and when I picked it up at my school before graduation, they didn’t even have it. They were completely disorganized and this happened to about 30 other students as well. My mom paid a lot of money for their poor-quality clothing and customer service. I know they are contracted with school so I’m sorry if you have no choice but to purchase from them. I just thought I should send out a warning to make sure you track your order and follow through with them very frequently since that’s what it takes to make sure you receive your gear. Good luck.

Never again Will I order anything from this terrible company. The printing was poor quality. The name cards were missing. They wouldn’t be able to correct the order for 2 ½ weeks. You feel locked in because they have a contract with the school. Don’t waste your time go to Kinko’s or shutter fly

This business is the only one you can order the cap and gown for graduation for north county high schools and I want to get a cap and gown 20 days before graduatiom. Their accessibility to order is very limited — if you do not know to order before April 30 — your only option is to bring cash in and they can’t give you the order BECAUSEYOURCHILDWILLLOOSEIT. Can’t pay w CC, can’t order online — you have to stand in line w cash at very limited hrs. I decided to jump through their ridiculous hoops, sent my child there to pay WITHCASH(their instruction) & the woman refuse to accept the money — sent my child away empty handed w some stupid remark about no guarantee on availability! I left a message — no return call 3 hrs later. After spending another 20 min on their endless phone system, a woman(the same one that refused to take the money from my student & who refused to give me her name) put the phone down in my ear when I asked her to confirm if the color is shiny or matt blue that I can order online from another supplier(because she refuse to supply it) and instead tells me that my student will not be allowed to graduate if I don’t order through her BUTSHEREFUSESTOTAKEMYORDER! I will get hold of the owner or the corporate office to express my frustration with staff that are unprofessional, play games and do not provide customer service.

The reason for that is to ensure that your child does not loose it. Really? This is the ultimate in monopoly — bad customer service — they treat you like a child — limit their access to only taking orders at very limited times — do not return calls — their phone put you on endless message cycles. If I could choose to not do business with them, I would. This is not the American way — what happened with supply and demand? I would not support this business if I had a choice. I spoke to 4 parents that felt that this place takes advantage of their monopoly — does not provide customer service and treat their customers like children that would«loose» their cap and gown …
