Have been at this place for 4 visits since last year. It’s quite a drive from San Marcos. Nevertheless the place is clean & perfect for yoga. The bamboo floors were individually blessed. There are plenty of mats, blankets & bolsters if you just want to try the place out. The special sauce to Mt Yoga is the owner & the teachers. Tracey is warm & always greets you with a hug. Yoga used to be intimidating for me but with this place & the people in it, it’s gotten to be an activity I look forward to doing.

Today I attended Helena’s Yogazander class for the first time. It was blissful! I have taken classes with Helena elsewhere, but this was my first time at Mt. Yoga in Poway. It’s a lovely studio, great vibe, and plenty of props(blankets, bolsters, knee pads, straps, blocks). Even the bathroom is nice. :) The owner, Tracey, emits such positive energy and has a good sense of humor, too. I signed up for a 5-class package and am already looking forward to trying to fit in another class soon!

I took Beth’s class and it was wonderful! The best yoga class I have taken and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 5 years and I have learned so much from Beth. There were also beginners in the class and she had a great way of making everyone feel comfortable helping each person one-on-one.

I have been coming for prenatal yoga for my pregnancy with my first son. Not only did I get a boost in my positive energy & balance, I did end up making tons of friends and share our experienced with pregnancy! All instructors had been great, but special thanks to Marites, as she did an incredible job with proper guidance and sharing birthing experiences. After each yoga session with her, I would feel more confident, i’m full of energy and rejuvenated! Hope this review is helpful for people who would want to consider prenatal yoga in the studio…

I love coming here for prenatal yoga. I love that they have 3 prenatal classes per week so I can always pick one that works for my schedule. The instructors are incredibly nice & personable. They really care about everyone that walks through the door and I never felt like I’m a stranger. Mats, blocks, blankets are all provided so I don’t need to bring anything there(although a lot of people have their own mats)! Their price is affordable esp if you get the 10-class card. I could not imagine going through this pregnancy without coming for prenatal yoga! It has helped me to maintain my flexibility, balance and strength throughout. I always leave the class feeling more energized and light(as oppose to feeling heavy)! I highly recommend anyone who’s pregnant to come to their prenatal yoga class.

I absolutely love this studio! I have been doing yoga there with Helena for at leat three years and I have become addicted! I cannot do it without my yoga on Tuesday morning and I am usually not a consistent person when it is about working out. Lately, I have taken lesson with Tracy and I like her too. If you like a cosy place where instructors are always welcoming and available for you, this is the perfect place where you will feel completely at ease. I highly reccommend it to everybody even if you are a beginner.

This is a lovely little studio where you can seamlessly ease your way into a practice. I was quite a beginner when I first attended a class at Affirmations, and I was filled with self-doubt. Tracy’s class helped me to feel comfortable with myself again and through her teachings I gained greater confidence. I also like how there are no mirrors in this studio, no ego.

I absolutely love practicing yoga at this studio. I have been attending the prenatal yoga classes with Tari on Wednesday evenings. The studio is inviting with various mats, blankets, blocks and other equipment provided for use during class. Tari is a wonderful instructor who is very personable and offers helpful tidbits of information in regards to pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. The classes are usually between 6 – 8 ladies all at various points in their pregnancies. I have noticed a difference in my overall well-being and strength as I prepare for a natural birthing experience. No matter how busy or crazy my life gets I always leave my class feeling more calm and confident. I look forward to continuing my practice at this studio post-natal and beyond. The studio offers many other classes every day of the week.

Went to this studio for a Mommy and Me yoga class, I really liked it. The class was small, the babies were entertained, and I still got a good workout in. I’m a beginner to yoga and the instructor was very accommodating. There are various activities for the babies that are incorporated into the routine, like massage, circle play time, singing, etc. In fact, my friend’s daughter was asleep by the end of class after the soothing closing song. My 7 month old son had a good time(he was laughing his butt off half the time) and my legs still hurt 2 days later so I give it 5 stars!

I recently went to this spa because I received a gift card from a friend. I live in PB and this spa is in Poway so I was hesitant about the 20+mile drive just to get a spa service. I was pleasantly suprised once I got there. Spa is very comfortable and relaxing. Noelle was my esthetician and she was super friendly and knowledgable. One of the best facials I have received in awhile! She talked me through what she was doing to my skin and was very thorough. Even though it’s a drive, I would definitely go back just to see her again. Well worth the $ 65 price for a 1hour Euro facial, plus gotta love the healthy skin!

I had a deep tissue massage with Laurie and it was great. She was very nice and tailored it to my needs. She even showed me some stretches and maintenance techniques to help between visits.

Not the best massage I’ve ever had but not too bad either. Though I don’t want to complain too much since my first-time visit only cost me $ 39! That’s right… for under $ 40 bucks new customers can relieve their tense muslces with a Swedish rub-down. Pretty sweet… ish. :P
