Ozzie’s Music

I was so lucky to get a referral from Ozzie’s Music for guitar lessons for my daughter with guitar instructor, GLENN SUTTON! My daughter looks forward to every lesson she has with Glenn. He is absolutely amazing! Glenn keeps it fun and even works with her on music she loves. I highly recommend Glenn Sutton to anyone who wants to excel in their guitar skills. In addition to him being a fantastic instructor, he is flexible with my hectic schedule and will communicate through text! THANK YOU OZZIE MUSIC FOR REFERRING ME TO THE BEST… GLEN SUTTON!

We have supported this small business for the past 4 years with purchases of music books and instruments for the kids every school year. We have put up with extremely used instruments, long waits for music books to come in and a not so friendly atmosphere which was ok since we wanted to support a local small business. Ozzie’s is supposed to take their direct deposits on the 1^st of the month but since it fell on Sunday they took their money on the 30^th, still no problem. I took the instrument back for the end of the school year return on the 2^nd, Monday. They took it back without even prorating our payment! They said the month was paid for and whether we wanted to keep the instrument or not it didn’t matter!!! A small business should run on customer service and it’s not good to take people’s money when it’s not due! I am appalled by this action and I did tell them that I will no longer get my instruments or music books from them, and I will let my friends know what they are like! It’s unfortunate that they feel they have to rob people to stay in business. They did however downsize a couple of years back, and maybe with better customer service a smile here and there and a good gesture they wouldn’t have had to?!

I had to write a review because the guy behind teh ocunter was so helpful. I went in to rent a sax but they were all out. He told me where else I could look and gave me a lot of other helpful informaiton to make sure I got a good one. He knew he was not going to get my business and still was very helpful. Thank you Ozzi’s.
It is a small place, but give them a call and see if they have what you need (Instruments, lessons, repairs, etc). If they do, I suspect you will be in good hands givng them your business.

We have tried Ozzie’s on several occasions and have not had great luck. It is very small and poorly stocked. Something as simple as Rotary Oil has not been available on more than one occasion. We have special ordered music books and it took a very long time for the items to come in. We finally gave up waiting and bought them from a different store.
Bottom line: It is close to home, so I would try there if I really needed something, but there are at least 3 other stores that I would try first.
