My phone systems crashed unfortunately and we were down for quite a bit and our current provider couldn’t get to us. I was pretty upset. I look up a phone system company in San Diego and Phone Systems Plus came up. I talked to Jennifer and she sent someone out ASAP and thank God our phones were back up and running. We called Phone Systems Plus after we were having some extension issues at the office a week ago and were surprised when they sent over a tech that day. I am very impatient when it comes to any technological issues and fortunately they were very courteous to us. Through the problem solving process they were very communicative and made sure we knew what was going on the entire time. They were so good and we can afford a little extra so I put them on the books immediately and will definitely continue to use them. I am all about hassle-free and Phone Systems Plus made my life hassle free and worry free!

We purchased an entire phone system for our office from this company and we received a phone call from one of their staff members offering a service call to ‘make sure we were happy with their product.’ We explained that we were having an issue with one of the phones, and were told they would come out and fix it. No mention was made that there would be a fee for this service. When the technician arrived, he wasn’t able to fix the problem which was frustrating unto itself, so we’re ‘living’ with the issue. Then, a few days later, a bill came in the amount of $ 140 for ‘telecommications technical assistance.’ I contacted the company and explained that this seemed to be an unfair business practice to send someone out without mentioning there would be a fee for their service. From that point on, the best that they were willing to offer me was that I needed to pay the bill in full, and they would give me a $ 70 credit on any future work that needed to be done. Well, I paid their stupid bill, because I pay my bills, but I will never call them again for anything. I asked to be referred to the owner, but no one ever contacted me. I explained that in this day and age, bad publicity is not what any company wanted. No one replied to that either. So there you go Phone Systems Plus… bad publicity. My check is in the mail.
