I was just looking up the phone number for Pool Tables Plus and saw the review from Luciana.
Although I only purchase from Pool Tables Plus 2 – 3 times a year, I have found the owners to shot from the hip. They are informative and have always given me the Pros and Cons so I CAN make a good decision based on needs and wallet.
Additionally, they know my name, ask about my game, what nights I currently play etc. Very sad that the North County store close several years ago but find the knowledge worth the drive.

My husband and I purchased a pool table and game room furniture here. This is not one of the ginormous Costco like stores with 1000s of pool tables. The showroom was good sized, however, and split into a pool table area and also a game room/bar/furniture area. Alot of time was spent answering our questions and we worked together to get a great setup in our price range. Afterwards they delivered and balanced the table. This is a big deal which I now very much appreciate. A ton of time was spent doing the ‘balancing.’ They have something for everyone – all price ranges. This place works hard, spends time with you, and delivers a fair price.

Not recommending this place to anyone at all !! Watch out for the old bait and switch trick. We were on a budget and purchased their special entry level pool table. The display table in show room was fine and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the table we got was bowed from the center. The only resolution offered was to purchase a higher end table — almost $ 900 more AND they would not even consider removing the existing table because of its defects when they delivered the newer more expensive table.
It seemed like they knew they were defective because they were sold as-is. Let the buyer beware of these guys !!
