Lately, management is noteably absent from the office and there is a state inspection that will be costing the residents of homes that we’re not built in the last year or two a small fortune. they have a hearsay based system for complaints where a resident can make an accusation without any evidence at all and you will receive notification from management. Once you do not oblige them it will cease. The jacuzzi is kept in abysmal condition most of the time with scum around the edges and not properly chlorinated during the summer months. The overall feel of the park is that it is clean and generally well cared for. It is not an unpleasant place nor is it dilapidated. I agree with Karen regarding the company that owns it the back door deals and the other nefarious things that seem to be going on currently. It is definitely on affordable way for people to have their children in the poway school district as opposed to buying a home in the area. Your rent will increase every single year no matter what which is pretty reprehensible

If you have a dog and want a dog door, don’t look here. No dog doors are allowed! If you have young children and you want a fenced yard, they won’t allow either front or back door to have access to back yard. You have to go to front yard and go thru a side gate to backyard. When you lease here they do not tell you any of this either. Surprise, surprise! No fenced area for dogs, no children’s playground,(except a slide for a 2 – 3 year old) and the jacuzzi is always full of children, including ones in diapers. Think twice and look around. If none of the above is a problem for you, then consider resale.

Great park to live in but the rent is way too HIGH! Also there are too many rules that don’t make sence.
