Poway Stoway

I am only giving this facility 1 star because it doesn’t give you the option of choosing no stars. They do not return calls and I don’t think they really care whether or not they get your business. I finally drove over there on my lunch hour (because they are only open Monday — Friday from 8am to 5pm — no weekends. There was a Closed sign on the door — no information as to when they would return, just Closed. I can’t believe how hard I tried to business with this facility and they don’t even want my business. Can’t imagine in this day and age that they are doing so well that they don’t ever have to be in the office or return calls.
I’m moving on to a more professional storage facility. I wish you LUCK if you ever try to rent from this facility. They are beyond TERRIBLE!!!
