I have been under Dr. Reddy’s care for 3 years now. I have been impressed with her bedside manner as well as her knowledge of new treatment options. She knows the«latest», as well as the best supplement, vitamin, and nutritional support for my condition, and will always allow me to work natural things into my regimen, before going right to the«big guns» medicine that my condition typically requires. She goes over treatment plan options with me, explains the options, and then lets me be a part of deciding what I think is best for me. Some patients simply like the quick & easy«fix», while I want what’s best for my body in the long run, and I appreciate that she recognizes and respects that, and seems to genuinely want what’s best for me and my health. I also appreciate her empathy, as an empathetic physician isn’t always easy to find! Jolene runs the very, very busy office there, and with all the tests, prescriptions, and insurance authorizations that my treatment requires, she somehow manages to always make time to arrange things, have my back when I encounter trouble with something at another provider facility or office, and does a LOT to also make sure I have what I need from medications, to lab results to referrals, to authorizations, etc. I don’t know how she manages to keep all of that straight for me and everyone else, and still share a laugh or two with me when I come in. Vanessa is the very capable medical assistant, and helps Jolene in the office, and she is kind and sweet, and always has a smile for me. They also have a newer billing company that I have found to be a vast improvement over the previous one, and the ladies there are easy to talk to and work with. I feel like the 3 ladies in the office, Dr. Reddy, Jolene, and Vanessa, are part of my «life team», and I appreciate so much, all that they do to keep me as healthy as possible. I plan to receive care from Dr. Reddy as long as my insurance and geographic location allows!

Dr. Reddy has been wonderful and her treatment plan was spot on. She takes time to explain test results and answer questions. The staff has greatly improved since my first visits in 2011. For the past few years I have had no problems or delays in getting prescriptions refilled, appointments, or records requests. I highly recommend this practice.

Needed my records for insurance company and the receptionist said there would be a charge of $ 30. I asked how come so much and she said«that’s what we charge.» I stood at the window while she hit a couple of keys on the keyboard and I heard the printer start and two minutes later I was out the door. I can not believe what a rip off this office is. Dr Reddy gets 5 stars but the customer service sucks. I asked how much to send the information to another doctor and it was free. Stay away!!!

My husband Joe, had the same experience as Swifty S. Prescription refills that the pharmacy had to call 5 times for — Dr. blamed the pharmacy but my husband saw their computer log so we chalked it up to more incompetence from Jolene, her office manager. Due to Dr. Reddy’s failure to renew his lab order for regular blood draws he was forced to go a month without his infusion. When he showed up for his infusion appointment they refused to give it to him. He had a plane ticket for the next day and Dr. Reddy was very unsympathetic, blamed my husband for the blood order mix up and when my husband pointed out(not for the first time) the lack of competence in her office staff she talked over him and became very defensive. At this point he made the final decision to find another rheumatologist. The promised lab reports have never been sent but Joe did get a letter stating that he refused to follow her orders so she dropped him as a patient — that is just fine because Joe is also going to Dr. Adamson. Dr.Reddy has a rude hostile office and if you ask any questions or expect a modicum of consideration you will probably not be comfortable there. If I could give her 0 stars I would

Waited eight months for the bill from Dr. Reddy’s office and it is filled with errors. Now I have to make a tenth call to them to straighten it all out. Watch your billings you receive. Make sure they bill you the correct insurance fees. So glad I moved to Dr. Adamson.

Dr. Simtha Reddy is the best doc you can find but her Staff really sucks! I think the main reason is that they are only two of them and they have too much to deal with. They are very rude and have no patience at all. They don’t know what they are doing and have problems understanding patients concerns. Dr. Reddy you should probably hire few more folks to help out.

This office has terrible customer service. The front desk staff are very rude and not helpful at all. While Dr. Reddy is a great doctor, her staff does not follow her orders. The doctor will say one thing, and her staff will tell you something else. If you have an option in choosing your rheumatologist, I recommend you go somewhere else. I really hope that Dr. Reddy will realize the problem and retrain, or replace her office staff. She is a great doctor, so it is very unfortunate. I have been looking at her reviews from other health care websites, most of them said the same thing about her rude staff. When it comes to health care, the front office experience is so vital since it is your point of contact when you need prescription refills, appointments, lab results, etc. You only get to see the doctor for like 5 minutes, so it is NOT worth it if only the doctor cares about you, but not the staff.
