Hello I am extremely dissatisfied! Business is business! And they want there money weather they provide good service or not!!. All was well when I went in and decided to give them a shot on some gel tips. They were hideous. I felt bad but everyone told me to go back. So I did better but not even all the way fixed. when I went home my nail broke right away and they all came off so easily. She took no responsibility and was rude refused to let us talk to the owner. So unprofessional!!! I am upset that I lost $ 40 for bad service.

This place is awesome. I wandered in one day and I am so glad I did. Now I am a regular customer. Jonathan is great and he will do any of the crazy designs I ask for for a wonderful price. Now my daughter is hooked too. Check it out.

I have been going to Tip to Toe for several years. They are the best, very attentive, always cater to my needs, very clean and thorough. I would never go any place else! Jonathon is professional and courteous

I don’t normally post negative reviews, but this place is AWFUL. Dirty, sloppy job, and they took FOREVER… Almost 3 hours for a gel mani/pedi. Pretty inexpensive, but even so you don’t get what you pay for. Sorry to say, but one star is too high for this place.

Best nail salon in Poway. I went to all of them when I moved here a year and a half ago. They are all very nice and do a great job on both manicures and pedicures. I’m a regular and won’t go anywhere else now.

I am very satisfied with this hole in the wall! the man, Jonathan fixed my broken pinky nail with adding a tip, he kept my acrylic but filed it down, and did Gelish. he did a very well and nice job. all in 45 minutes and for $ 26… I will be back!

Pedi was wonderful, very thorough and attention to detail, but mani was sloppy. I asked for gel and told the guy I’ve had gel before, but he still did a sloppy job. PLUS, all he did was polish, none of the soak, trim, or cuticle push back that is standard with a full price manicure. I would not go back.

Tip 2 Toe Nails By: Elena Troche Tip 2 Toe Nails is a cute and quiet nail salon in Poway. They normally have about two people working there, since it’s normally not too busy. The salon itself isn’t in the best location because it is hidden in the back corner of the plaza. I probably wouldn’t of known it was there unless I had gone to the ice cream shop next door. I have been to this salon more than once because I like the calm environment. Its not crowded with customers constantly, which allows you to be focused on. The previous time I went to this salon, there was one customer waiting before my mom and I. After about five more minutes she got up and left. Not too much later the lady came out and apologized for the wait and told me I could come on back. As I walked in to the back room, I noticed a huge cobweb in the top corner of the ceiling. I also realized the bed sheet I had been laying on was there for every previous customer. Talk about unsanitary. The cost for an eyebrow wax was ten dollars, which isn’t a bad price. I was satisfied with the waxing service, like the previous times I had been there. The only thing I would say needed improvement was the cleanliness of the shop and amount of people working there. What happens when there are three or four customers there? Hopefully I don’t watch one of the workers sit there reading a magazine like last time. Over all, the independent customer service was pretty good. But they could use a little help on clean up. If the inside and outside of the salon was more of an eye grabber, the place would definitely be more popular.
