This is DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD COMPANY. Kevin Butt TOTALLY RUINED MY Natural 100% Top Grain Leather Lazy Boy Recliner! He actually steamed cleaned it, scrubbed it with a stiff brush and just ruined the leather. He knew it, and so did many other cleaning companies I contacted after the fact. He didn’t even get the chair cleaned!!! It looked worse than before he cleaned it. I would NEVER, NEVER use this company!!! I didn’t want to even give a one star rating but I guess I had to in order to leave the review!!!

I bought an Amazon Local voucher, $ 75 for $ 200 worth of cleaning. When I mentioned that during the booking process, I was informed that they weren’t honoring the vouchers and to get my money back from Amazon (Amazon refunded me the money quickly and with no issues).
I booked a 9am appointment regardless since I still needed my couches cleaned. This was confirmed via email with Kevin Butt, whom I assume is the KB in KB Cleaning. They are an hour late, and I have not received a phone call, text, or email and when I call their office I get their voicemail and no response to my message.
Don’t waste your time with them.
