This Home Depot is my favorite in the area surrounding Powder Springs. They are clean, neatly organized and every time I visit I am always approached by associates asking me if I need assistance. Wow! This is such a refreshing change from the stores where I physically have to chase the orange apron to get service.
I love their garden area, though I am still waiting for them to hire a few more garden savvy associates that actually know something about gardening, but for the trips where I know what I always find it here. As a corporate associate I will say they have ample opportunity to grow in that department. Hmmm maybe they will hire me! :)
Another aspect I love about this store is the parking area. HUGE and plenty of access to both adjoining streets. Love that there are more than one way in and out (unlike the Dallas /​Barrett Pkwy store.)

Poor customer service. Just bought a house in Marietta and have all sorts of fun little fixes to make, starting with a soap dispenser assembly in the kitchen.
When I approached an associate in the kitchen hardware section and explained what I was looking for he wouldn’t even answer in a complete sentence. Rude, unapologetic, and definitely not good with people, at least today.
I will return to Lowes for the rest of my many projects. Their associates are cheerful even if they don’t have what I’m looking for in stock.

This Home Depot is awesome. The is always an employee right around the corner when you need assistance, their layout makes items easy to locate, and the friendliness of the staff keeps me coming back. This location actually isn’t the most convenient to my house– but I choose to drive a few extra minutes simply because of the customer service. I typically go through the self checkout, and the ladies working are always so polite and friendly. It’s a very clean and organized store, too. It will continue to be my go-​to Home Depot location.

Thanks to my dog — I’m in a Home Depot (Powder Springs) on Christmas Eve. Byron in flooring must work part time as an elf — because he was phenomenal this Christmas Eve. Was walking another customer out — less than 30 minutes before closing.
He personally took me to hardware to get drywall anchors, then waited while I had a key made. Then escorted me to Flooring (his department) and cut the runners I needed. I was in and out of the store in less than thirty minutes.
And Kudos — to Home Depot — who I’d almost given up on — for having 3 associates working — in the flooring department — one day before Christmas.
I cant’ say I’d be happy if I was an employee — but from a customer standpoint — it was great!

This is an incredibly run Home Depot. Customer service is top notch and friendly. Associates are knowledgeable. Clean and organized. Very in touch with the community it serves. A+.
