Every time I have an issue with my vehicle I go to J&P. They just give you honest service which is rare in the auto repair business. Its not about numbers to them, they treat you with respect regardless of your knowledge base on vehicles and they do a great job, quickly. I recommend them as much as possible.

So hard to find honest, hard working car mechanics but these guys truly believe in customer service. Brought my car in for a couple things I thought needed maintenance and they were very thorough in checking out my car and went over every detail. They were very clear about things that I should just be keeping an eye on that didn’t need repaired right away and just two things that did (that were obvious to me when I took it in). One of these — a big repair– they referred me to a shop that could repair it cheaper for me (a hole in the exhaust that this particular shop could fix without replacing the whole pipe). I can’t imagine ever taking my car anywhere else ever again. They treated my car like it was their own and they truly cared about me as a customer and didn’t try to overcharge me for anything. My car has almost 150,000 miles but I’d like it to last as long as possible and still be reliable and safe for my baby and young toddler and I am so happy to have found this shop!

I made an appointment with J&P to get my brakes looked at, and am very glad I did!

They immediately diagnosed my car and were able to explain the issue without making me feel stupid.
The entire team was friendly.
Although it is a garage, it was very clean!
I had work to get done and they let me use their wifi!
While waiting on parts, they fully prepped my car so that by the time they arrived, they could leap into action.
I was in and out in 2 hours.
Being a girl with zero knowledge about Cars– this is extremely important to me. Please trust that you are in good hands with this team!

I’ve taken my 2001 Infiniti i30 here on multiple occasions and I promise you absolutely will not find better, faster, friendlier, honest service out there. They have done my starter, alternator and some electrical work upon other things over the past few years and I’ve been 100% satisfied with their work. Just took my car to J & P Autoworks and was totally impressed with the customer service and workmanship. From the moment I took the car to their shop, they were helpful and honest. My car was a 2005 Nissan with 100k miles on it. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money to get it fixed so they went over every detail with me and even suggested what repairs could wait awhile to be fixed. They were very knowledgeable, explained everything to me with great detail making it easy for me to understand and were very reasonable in their prices. They could have gotten more money out of me, but it wasn’t about the money but rather good old fashioned customer service. They obviously want to be fair and to get my business in the future and I will definitely be back. Hard to find a full service auto mechanic like this, but glad I found them!
