Lyons Training, on paper, sounds like a gym. If you go into their space, it certainly looks like a gym. But it’s not, really. More of a very focused training environment, Andrew and his team focus on correct movement and refining the body, with very personal attention. With workouts that focus on constant movement, you switch from exercise to exercise in their training, including kettlebell lifts, windmills, and swings, ropes, TRX, predator bands, dead lifts, and other exercises to help work on problem areas or build foundations. After going through an introduction and bootcamp at Lyons, I’m impressed by the way they work with each client differently, and how they work on helping you improve your form during each exercise to make sure you’re getting the maximum benefit while performing everything as safely as possible.
