I have gone to Midwest Technical a couple of times for different computer needs. I know Bill since he is VERY active in the community!
1^st time I needed a quick laptop for a presentation. Luckily he had one in stock.
But what he really helped me out with was a virus on my desktop. He was able to save my computer and also fixed a memory card issue. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and will share with you exactly what he did to help fix the problem. In addition, I know that he has a steady flow of customers, but Bill and his staff still gives personal attention to each person who walks in the door! The price is great and the service is better. Highly recommend!

The Place for Computer Repair. I was in a panic. I needed to move a video from my lap top to a DVD and my computer kept spitting out the DVD, I needed to get this mailed at the post office and to work within the hour. For years I have passed by MidWest Technical located in a house on Powell Road. I did not know what to do so I decided to stop in to see if they could help. A wonderful, easy going guy named Bill came out of a work room to assist me. He calmed me down, figured out what to do and made the CD for me. During the time it was burning two different customers came in to pick up lap tops that had been repaired. Both seemed happy with the results and the fee for the work. When the burn was done, Bill gave me the CDs which he provided, did not charge me for this «on the spot service» and left me feeling calm and settled again. I got to the post office and work on time. Bill is a guy who knows what he is doing and instills confidence in his customers. His work is guaranteed, he makes repairs in a timely fashion, charges reasonable rates and is honest. The next time I need computer repairs, I will go directly to him. I have also informed all of my friends that they should seek him out when needed as well. Bill is an example of why I support independent business people. BE SURE to stop at MidWest Technical and not the place next door.
