Housed in a strange looking little shack in the middle of a parking lot, Papa Dom’s serves up a large menu of decently prepared food.
My order was large and varied as i like to get a good feel for the menu of a new (to me) place. The menu and food here was very similar to some other local pizza shacks like Pizza Express in Clinton.
It’s almost like going into chinese takeout restaurants where all the same pictures on the wall and the exact same menu make them seem like there is a chinese takeout in a box plan that they all subscribe to. except of course this is a pizza place.
Overall though, this is a reasonably priced local pizza place with food good enough to re-​order. It’s not a destination type of restaurant and if you’re looking for specialty pizza (old school NY, wood fired oven, etc) you’ll need to travel but in a pinch Papa Dom’s gets it done.
