Salad bar and service were great! I have only been here 3 – 4 times but it is always clean and the food was fresh and tasty. Nice place to eat lunch or dinner. Ask for Tyla!

The service was okay but the food was disgusting. My daughter’s noodles were cold and the broccoli was awful. My jambalaya was swimming/drenched in oil/grease. There were burned black onions garnished on top of my dish. Why even put that on there? My husband’s dish was the sirloin & coconut shrimp. It was not cooked on a clean pan bc the food came out black and the shrimp was cooked in a fryer where you can tell the oil was old bc it was burnt. The salad bar was not«fresh». The pasta salad items were slimy. You can tell the staff did not enjoy working there. Needs an overhaul in the kitchen. If you put out«fresh» food and some effort you can have a great business. I do not complain nor gave the waitress a hard time bc it’s not their fault that the food was not cooked right. Anybody can cook but you have to make it edible. I wanted to give this chain another try given the location but never again.

This location has some bad Unilocal reviews, but I went anyway, armed with my free birthday burger coupon. I figured since it said«up to $ 9» that I could get something other than a burger. I arrived at 11 and it was pretty empty. The employees were cleaning, but the hostess saw me come in and seated me immediately in the bar. A server came over and took my drink order of water with lemon. I actually got a lemon slice without having to remind her. There is no veggie burger on the menu, so I chose the salmon caesar wrap, which is placed under Burgers on the menu. It came with sweet potato fries. Because of posted reviews, I did not set my expectations high. The fries could have been cooked a bit more, but they were tasty, and the wrap was really good. The salmon was cooked well, and it had a lot of lettuce, with the right amount of dressing. A few more people arrived during my meal, so apparently they do okay for lunch. While not a place I would frequent because it’s not super close to work, I may come back if I head that way. As far as paying, a manager did come back to tell me the coupon code would not work since I did not get a burger. I advised her that the wrap was under the burger section of the menu and she said she would try it again. The server came back to say it worked like a charm. All good.

Am I the only one that is a fan of Ruby Tuesday? I don’t know maybe I’m just giving them more credit because I used to live in Delaware so my family would always come to this location because we just preferred the food here. What we love about this restaurant is the salad bar. We almost always get it when we are here. We start with the salad bar then my mom orders her fish, while my dad gets his ribs platter. I have tried almost everything on the menu from the lobster mac and cheese to the fish selection. I have never been disappointed. Although I grew up in an atmosphere where I didn’t have high expectations of food because going out to eat was a luxury. I take my husband here occasionally when we are in the area. I always forget that coupon but it never matters because as I mentioned before I see going out to be a luxury since I wasn’t raised on eating out a lot. It only recently occurred when I moved back to the Columbus area in 2010 and had less time to cook for my husband therefore we now go out and eat all the time but going back to Ruby Tuesday it definitely satisfies my stomach every time. Whether I want a light and healthy option to eating a burger they have it all here and you can expect that from a traditional American restaurant. Let people complain about menu changes, portions or what not but that happens in all restaurants when they want to try something new. Customer service here is never bad as well. I always get prompt waiters and waitresses serving me each time. If you want a good American food and have never been to Ruby Tuesday’s, give them a try. You have nothing to lose but the taste of good food.

We’ve had decent service here in the past, but tonight was just awful. Our waitress was continually oblivious — she behaved as if we were invisible. My husband’s steak — which he had ordered well-done and also said«no red» just to be certain — arrived late, and it was bright red and dripping all over his fries. In order to call our server’s attention to this he had to get up and go over to where she was busy chatting with her friends and ask her to come to the table. At this point he didn’t want the steak or anything else, so we just left.

The service was so-so. We didn’t get any complimentary biscuits this time. The kids menu has good side choices other than fries. The adult menu has greatly improved. I only come when I have a coupon. I wouldn’t pay full price for food here.

Went for dinner 2 nights ago. The absolute best experience I’ve EVER had in a restaurant. Showed up an hour before closing. The salad bar was fully stocked and fresh. The meal was prepared perfectly. And though I’ve dined in some high end places while traveling, I’ve never had a better server!

I love Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar is great. This location is sub par. The staff is unkempt, many have poor hygiene. The restaurant has a sewer smell that is off putting. I actually went in to eat lunch today and left due to the smell and the fact the waiter was not clean. Very unfortunate

Sometimes you just take a chance and hope things are not bad as reviews suggest. The family decided to give it a whirl. Told hostess dining in for 4. Table was set for 3. No menus at table. Seriously? Waiting for food now. Let’s see how that comes out

People standing around on their phones, texting, chit-chatting, dirty uniforms, not waiting on folk. A few others hustling doing their job but there is just a few. Dingy dirty feel to place. Food presentation and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Overall would never return. They do to go orders a woman was waiting there for a long tme and left. Like another reviewer said who is the manager here? What a terrible way to run a business.

This particular Ruby Tuesday is worth reviewing. I have been multiple times while out shopping at the various stores near the restaurant. I’ve had consistently good service each time. Although Ruby Tuesday is a chain, they offer really fresh and tasty food compared to many other chains. I had the turkey burger with the salad bar and white cheddar mashed potatoes. The salad bar was full, everything was cold and it tasted great. Ruby Tuesday is my go-to chain restaurant because they offer so many delicious options. I will be returning if I am ever in the area again.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated(it was 8:30 on a Tues, there were maybe 5 other tables of peopl dining). The table we were seated at had trash all over the floor AND the table and we were next to 2 other tables that were not bussed/cleared the ENTIRE time we were there. The salad bar was a complete disaster. All the items/toppings(the ones that weren’t empty) had some of everything else in it like it hadnt been straightened or cleaned since that morning. The lettuce was brown and wilted. The entire time we ate we had to swat flys from our faces and food. We ordered entrees after 15 minutes of just sitting there. We WERE surprised by the relatively cheap prices. Once our food came, we realized the prices are so cheap because you get about a quarter to a half the portion that you would at a comparable restaurant! When we asked if the CUP of $ 15.00 lobster mac n cheese(with NO sides!) was a child portion or something, the waitress snottily told me, «yeah, no… Seafood isn’t cheap…»!!! Wow. FYI: You can get a 4 course meal of seafood at Red Lobster right now for $ 15. My salmon was burnt!!! And wasn’t prepared right. And then realized everyone else has bread with their meals. So we asked for some, and were told«Oh we’re out.» «Soooo… Can you get more?» «oh… that’ll take like 5 minutes…», «We’ll wait…» Don’t bother, the bread was awful. We never got drink refills.(She asked as we were standing up to leave if we wanted to-go cups!) Then waited 15 minutes for the bill. Then 3 trips for her to remember a box. I have EXTREMELY low standards for dining out. I know waiting is a sucky job, I’ve done it! But I’ll never go back here. There is nothing distinguishing(other than a shitty salad bar) about it and I can get better service & cheaper crappy food at Applebees.

Never been a favorite chain of mine. But since this is my first review here, I won’t let that influence. They’ve done a complete menu change. Good part: older menu sucked. All cliché food. Bad part: new menu, while improved, introduces new ones. I love the food of New Orleans. I know it as well as anyone can. So if it shows up on your menu that is where you will be judged from. This place has several dishes. Zero were actual representations of New Orleans cuisine. Instead I went the safe route and had a steak. I asked for rare(125 – 130 degrees internal). That is my standard for all restaurants as it is as hard to get correct as a correct well done one. Also ordered fries and green beans as sides. Before the food arrived was treated with the cheddar biscuits(hello Red Lobster). While hot, they were salty and had no real identifiable flavor. Food arrives and of course I check the steak first. Temp was wrong. I can forgive that mostly. Hitting rare is hard. But most of the steak was medium. The temp difference is almost 30 degrees. Fail on their part. First side was green beans. Were they even cooked? I swear I was served ones with intentional burn marks. Raw beans people. On the other hand, the fries were great. Definitely twice-cooked, and that is the best way to make them. First cook makes them done and second makes them crisp. Had the right amount of kosher salt on them. Awesome. Staff was great. And I mean really great. A full star of this review goes to them. Sure new menu engenders some«hiccups» but too much was lacking on the kitchen side. I will be back, but more critical.

Had a gift-card, went with my wife and 18 mo old toddler. Building and restrooms seemed pretty clean. I ordered the turkey avocado burger(yum!). My wife ordered the petite steak well done. She said her steak was excellent, but sides were a bit on the small side. I had a salad from the salad bar and everything was very fresh even at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Service was great too. The restaurant lighting though was a little dark for my tastes. Overall, very much enjoyed and will return.

Does this place even have management? We’ve been in a lot because they keep sending us coupons but they should not seat people near the bar. I would ask to be far, far from the bar… Food was good. Antics of the staff was stomach churning.

This is the first Ruby Tuesdays that I have been to in awhile. To be quite honest, I wasn’t disappointed. The food selection was that of an O’Charley’s or a Max & Erma’s(a little more focused on seafood though), and the prices were reasonable. For the two of us, our check closed at around $ 32(tip not included), and that was for two entrees and a specialty drink. The entrees weren’t bad. I’d consider them about average, however, their cheesy garlic biscuits are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Service was pretty good. It was kind of loud, but most places are around lunch. The only real flaw that we encountered was the seating. They sat us in this two-seater booth that was against a table of four. So when the other people sat down, we really couldn’t leave our table without sucking it in(immensely). It felt like we had added three more people to our party!

Their wine list is very solid. However, why would they rate their wines as ‘good’, ‘better’, ‘best’ and charge accordingly? As a wine consumer I’ll make the decision as to what is ‘good’, ‘better’, ‘best’. Why should I feel pressure as a consumer if I order a ‘good’ wine that costs less vs the wine THEY deem best which is more expensive. Wine like art is subjective, please leave it to me.
