Very happy with the Perception MW.
Did a lot of research to find the right shop. We tend to be very cautious in finding a mechanic, and we try not to go to a dealer unless necessary.
We have had our ’03 Jetta TDI serviced there several times. Everything from replacing glow plugs (for diesels), replacing the timing belt, water pump and fuel filter, diagnosing and repairing a radiator leak, down to oil changes and state inspection.
Feel confident we will continue to use PMW for future service!

Took my TDI for 40,000 mile service. I would put myself in the category or paranoid car owner. It’s generally hard to find good service for a fair price these days and having been new to the area I did some research and have Perception a call.
PMWs quote was about 75% less than the dealer in town (dealer wanted almost $ 1000 for 40k service!).
Michael also gave me samples of my used tranny fluid, oil and the fuel filter for inspection. Even topped off wiper fluid.
So glad people like Michael and Rachael are out there to give knowledgable and fair service. Highly recommended.
