Super helpful, attentive staff. They are willing to take time to help and answer any questions you may have.

A groupon brought me here, and I think I’ll stick with the hardware store in the future. I was ignored when I went in to get paint chips. When I came back to get paint, the person wasn’t very helpful when asked questions about brushes and didn’t check the color’s accuracy against the paint chip. Also, nothing has price tags, which makes shopping awkward.
The only thing giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that the paint was high quality. Covered in one coat, and I like the color.

I love being able to avoid Lowes and Home Depot, so this local paint store is right up my alley.
They carry mostly Benjamin Moore, one of the best paints on the market. It is easy to access the paint samples and there is even a nice table/​chairs where you can lay out your project. Another good thing to know is that they also carry wallpaper books
The staff is kind of hands off, it is true, unless specifically addressed with a question. I think this comes from dealing with a lot of contractors and designers that already know their stuff. I LOVE being left alone with my own thoughts and I am not really into a baby sitting session. A few times I spotted a helpless customer trying to match some piece of fabric to paint and I helped them match it up real quick so they didn’t have to wait for help.
Another tip is that they sell large painted swatches and small paint testers.
I am a fan.

Besides the fact that for some reason I just love the awesome simple name of Zeke I also love Zeke’s Paint and Design Center. They carry Benjamin Moore paint, more importantly they carry Benjamin Moore Aura Spa and Bath paint. This is a specific paint made to withstand the humidity of bathrooms and has a fantastic matte finish.
The staff at Zeke’s was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. They didn’t have the particular base that I was needing and offered to have one delivered from another store. In less than 24 hours my paint was ready to go and available for pickup just in time to paint over the weekend. They have everything for your painting needs and a little more. I highly recommend Zeke’s and in the future plan on going there instead of the big box stores.
