I worked with Tom McChesney. I am purchasing a townhome that had issues far beyond his control (HOA/​Bank). His response and actions to helping me get through these issues was topnotch. Tom went above and beyond I feel to make sure I wasn’t getting handled and fought for me when I needed. My closing has been very difficult to schedule and he made sure it worked out in the best possible way for me and my schedule. Two traits I especially appreciated. One I am a first time home buyer and Tom made sure to explain everything very clear to me, why and how thing are done. Every question I asked (even the simple pointless ones) he helped me understand the answer perfectly. Two, VERY easy to contact. Whether it was phone call, text or email he was very responsive. I felt bad a couple times contacting him late in the day or on weekends but he never really seemed to mind. He definitely made it seem like I was his main client, when in reality my purchase was on the low end of average real state value.
