The produce department is horrible. This seems to have happened in the last year.

Prather, CA
Great local market. Fresh bakery and produce. Prices close to the chains and well worth the slight difference you pay for the convenience of being close to home for many foothill dwellers. I wish more people would do more shopping here. It’s 6 miles past my house so I’m not a regular but if it was on my way home I’d probably own the place. If your looking this place up on Unilocal as you’re sitting in the parking lot pondering whether to go in or not you ARE a loser. Proceed directly to the ace hardware, buy a garden hose, attach it to your tail pipe and top of window and go to sleep.

The employees are very friendly, good deli. The prices are on the high side but it’s the closet market in the foothills.
