I swapped over to this company after a huge ordeal with Verizon. Terrell, their employee, was very helpful and very patient getting everything set up for us. The employees in the store were very nice and very good with the guests they were helping. We got set up on a better plan than we had with Verizon for a more reasonable price and it was exactly what we wanted. I’m thrilled with my choice to change to them.
I almost forgot to mention. the only problem we had was swapping over my husband’s phone due to an issue with the SIM card. The customer service (over the phone) was so very helpful and very patient and we all even had some good laughs in what would usually be a frustrating situation. We were talking with him for about an hour and it was great to have someone actually go above and beyond to help us get it straightened out.
