Great customer service. Excellent work ethic, and a reasonable price. Very knowledgable and personable. I was impressed with this company.
We bought a house in Prescott recently and our brand new dryer was not working correctly Turned out the dryer vent was totally clogged! (Gee thanks Mr Home Inspector)
Anyway for $ 88 bucks they went over and beyond my expectations. The owner was the technician and spent well over an hour on what normally takes them only 20 minutes. Seems this had not been cleaned in a really long time. No extra charge. Ran the dryer to make sure everything worked properly and that I was happy.
The outside vent had broken, deteriorating louvers. Obviously my responsibility to replace. But knowing they don’t sell just the flaps he offered to stop by later in the day and replace them because he had some.
These guys do more than vent cleaning and I will be calling them back in the future. It is little things like today that create long lasting customers.

ArrowSeal completed sealing my forced air home ducts in June. The staff was courteous and professional. It turned out that all the small leaks in my ducts added up to the equivalent of a 40″ by 40″ hole in my duct system which the technicians said is not at all unusual. After the leaks were sealed I noticed my air conditioning runs for much shorter periods of time (saving me money). The heating/​AC system is somehow quieter and runs smoother. We’ve also noticed that the weekly need to dust our house is gone — we’re dust free. Highly recommended!

We met the owner at the home show and was greeted with great customer service and information on sealing our ducts. This company must be great to work with since the workers who came to our house was courteous, fun, and efficient with their job. They finished on a timely manner and even cleaned up after themselves. They went beyond our expectations and even vacuumed the carpet. We went from having 50 square inch hole in our ductwork to 4 square inch. Can’t wait to get our first power bill thanks to your company.
