Batteries Plus Bulbs

I took my laptop battery in last week and they matched it up. On Saturday I finally had chance to put the battery in my laptop and it wouldn’t fit. I tried every way possible and it just wasn’t working. So today I stop by with the battery and my laptop and had them take a look at it. They grab another battery off the wall and tried it and it still didn’t work. So one of the guys Dave suggested trying the extended battery that one fit and went right in. Dave said I I won’t charge you the difference since you had to come back. He return the old one and give me the new one at no additional charge. Everybody there is very friendly and helpful I recommend anybody needs a battery go there.

Had to replace a cracked screen on Galaxy S 4… Dave was great. Quick, competent and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Found out from the dealer that my battery was failing. It hadn’t died yet, but I could tell that it was near death. It cranked very slowly, but the engine always started. The dealer would replace it for $ 150.00 plus $ 20.00 installation. Called Costco and they didn’t stock the size I needed but recommended Batteries Plus. I gave them a call, found the proper battery with a good life span guarantee for $ 95.00. Also put it in for free and saved all the settings in the computer so I didn’t have to reset the radio or clock. While they were doing that, I walked around the store. If it runs by battery, they have the battery you need. Please go there for your battery needs, they are a vendor who cares about the customer.
