I would never recommend going here. I had won a gift certificate to Elite Reflections and decided to get a manicure and pedicure before Christmas vacation. The first red flag was that there was only one woman working and she was cutting someone’s hair. I wondered if she would also be the one doing my nails; she was. As I was called back to soak my feet, I was brought to a chair that was overflowing with bubbles; the strangest thing I’ve seen at a nail salon. There was water and bubbles on the floor and I honestly didn’t even want to put my feet in. The«technician» never introduced herself and immediately put ear buds in and did not speak to me for the duration of my experience, then left me soaking for about 30 minutes. There was nothing frilly or enjoyable about the experience; no leg/foot massage, no cuticle removal, etc. The technician put lotion over my cuticles then put my feet back in the water. After that she painted my nails WITHOUTTOUCHINGMYFEET! She just used the brush to cover the nail that she could see. It looked terrible and I even ended up with polish on all sides of my nail and even the bottom of my foot! The technician said she«didn’t like that color». I was almost in tears and knew that I would be visiting another nail salon after this one to fix the disaster on my toes. Upon reading a previous review, I thought I’d ask about their gel polish(since I wanted my manicure to last longer for Christmas). I was first told that they don’t have any. After bringing up the review, a small box was brought out with a few colors to choose from. My hands were never soaked and the technician pulled on dry skin/cuticles for a few minutes before immediately applying polish to nails that still had file dust on them. Again, nothing frilly or personal; no small talk, no massage, nothing. I’m absolutely convinced this technician had zero formal training in the application of gel polish and I even questioned whether she was licensed to paint nails or not. She didn’t even put polish up to the cuticles or correct any polish that spilled over to skin(which she still cured). After applying gel, there is a weird sticky texture until it is removed with alcohol. This was never removed and the technician threw some oil over the top of the«completed» nails, then gave me some lotion. I ended up wiping off the terrible texture on my jacket before leaving. Again, I knew I would be visiting a more reliable salon immediately afterward. If I didn’t have a gift certificate, this terrible encounter would have cost me $ 70; luckily I only paid $ 25. Regardless I went elsewhere immediately afterward and paid the same amount for the whole package.

Debbie Smith, Nail Tech — best ever! I got shellac(she has various gels also). Most careful, attentive and pleasant manicure in years! Widest range of colors I’ve seen in the area. Pushed back cuticles, trimmed hangnails, massaged oil into cuticle(all of which were not done by 3 other nail techs elsehwere). Applied polish carefully and precisely, no rushing. Removed old shellac by putting a bit of acetone-soaked cotton on nail, wrapping in foil. Much better than dipping my whole fingertip in acetone! Better price than other salon in the area. Elite Reflections itself was comfortable, nicely decorated, friendly people all around. I’d go there for other services.
